Metcon: 100 shoulder to overhead for time 115/65

*both hands must be racked in a front or back rack on the barbell at all times, clean grip to snatch grip transitions or vice versa in the back rack is allowed as long the hands don’t leave the barbell

*anytime barbell is dropped , must do 3 wall walks.
